„Na nádech“ is announcing a freediving competition for all who are inhaled into the stock. Within one day you can have as many starts you can handle (the AIDA ranking). And at the end of the competition, you will have the opportunity to show your ability in a relay in dynamics (which will be a bit extreme...).

Where: indoor pool Suchdol, Prague. The pool is 25m long and 1,3m-3,6m deep. The water temperature is about 27°C

We will begin with approximately two to three hours of statics. Anyone can announce as many starts as they wish. Aren't you sure whether you need two or three warm-ups? Then, announce two consecutive starts. If you're not satisfied with your result and there will be a free official top slot, you can simply try one more time.

After a short break we will continue with dynamics which will take approximately 4 hours. There will be a schedule of official tops and you can choose an arbitrary start time and sign in as many times as you want. You can choose DNF, DYN or both when starting more then once. The statics and dynamics (except the relay) will be AIDA ranking.

And that's not all...

We prepared a bonus for you: a two-member team relay in dynamics. The first competitor swims DYN or DNF with a tag (velcro, like in the depths) and hands the tag to the second competitor in a place they agreed on before the start. The handover of the tag must be performed underwater – the first competitor is not yet on the surface and the second is already underwater. Then the second athlete swims his dynamics and hands the tag to the first competitor who then swims the second type of dynamics (DYN when first swimming DNF and vice versa). Well, as you suspect, the second competitor then swims his second dynamics as well. So both athletes swim two times, each DYN once and DNF once. Details, penalties, etc. will be published later, and of course we expect a lot of ideas coming from you all. We would prefer gender mixed teams, but it depends on your responses ... :).

At the end we will announce results in the STA, DYN, DNF (unfortunately there will be no prizes) and the toughest freediver (here will benefit those who will start many times) will take place. We still work on the algorithm of how the appearances and points will be calculated (ie 2 x 100 m will be less than 1x 200m). Then, of course, the best team in dynamics relay will be announced. We would like to have some prize here, but it depends on the opinion of the rich sponsors, who will certainly appear :)))).
And in the evening, there will be a party, of course!
